The Homeowner and Board App provides a convenient mobile interface for engaging with your community association. Users can efficiently manage payments, view account details, and access relevant community information, all within a single platform.

For individuals who already possess a login for their association website, the app allows seamless access using the same email address and password. Those without an existing login can easily register by clicking the registration button and submitting their information. Following approval, users will receive an email containing a link to set their password, enabling direct access to their accounts through the app.

In cases where users forget their passwords, the app includes a "Forgot Password" feature. By entering their email address, users can request a password reset, after which they will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Once reset, users can log in using their email address and the updated password.
